Our company has a total area of 22000 m2, construction area: 6000 m2, (office area: 450 m2, production area: 5550 m2), with an employee number of 70, among which 10 people of engineering and quality inspection.
The current production line includes: one 1600 tons of electric screw press line, one 630 tons numerical control electric screw press line and one 400 tons of numerical control electric screw press production line. Facilities include: 3 units of Intermediate frequency induction heating device with 250KW、500KW、750KW; 8 units of heat treatment furnace; 7 units of Mechanical property test equipment; 2 units of cleaning equipment; 14units of Mold processing equipment.
Operating under ISO9001, ISO14001 for many years, in the promotion of TUV product certification, we have formed a professional team main to forging, and subsidiary to machining. We are capable to produce a variety of different ordinary and precision forgings and stainless steel forgings, aluminum alloy, copper and copper alloy metal forgings, with an annual production capacity of 3000 tons of above. Also we can follow the requirements of different users, by providing one-stop service to meet the needs of different customers for complex forging, heat treatment, mold production, and mechanical processing.
Now our company is expanding the scale of hardware facilities, supporting by software of UG, CAD, implementing of 5S management, to grow up to a more civilized and environmentally-friendly modern plant.
Our company have up to 1000 kinds of products at present, mainly for: steam turbine dynamic (static) blade forgings; all kinds of valves forging of steam field; pipeline parts and container fastening pieces of forgings; textile machinery, diesel, coal mine, railway carriage braking system forgings; agricultural irrigation, automobile transmission system forgings, etc.
